Older chests reveal themselves
Like a crack in a wall
Starting small, and grow in time
And we always seem to need the help
Of someone else
To mend that shelf
Too many books
Read me your favourite line

Papa went to other lands
And he found someone who understands
The ticking, and the western man's need to cry
He came back the other day, you know
Some things in life may change
And some things
They stay the same

Like time, there's always time
On my mind
So pass me by, I'll be fine
Just give me time

Older gents sit on the fence
With their cap in hand
Looking grand
They watch their city change
Children scream, or so it seems,
Louder than before
Out of doors, and into stores with bigger names
Mama tried to wash their faces
But these kids they lost their graces
And daddy lost at the races too many times

She broke down the other day, yeah you know
Some things in life may change
But some things they stay the same

Like time, there's always time
On my mind
So pass me by, I'll be fine
Just give me time
Time, there's always time
On my mind
Pass me by, I'll be fine
Just give me time

"Without the art of ambiguity there is no real eroticism and the stronger the ambiguity, the more powerful the excitment." Immortality -- Milan Kundera.

Copied from Lau A Diary.

So true.

Yesterday I have watched this movie again in Freiburg University library. To be frank, I am still very moved by it though I dont understand most of the German dialogues. Its a bit pity that I havent been to Berlin and get some primary experiences on the East-West Germany historical essence.

And I am so excited that I can listen to English songs here! The Germany radio have most of the time English songs broadcast, and yesterday I have listened to these: Wake me up when September ends, Knocking on Heavens door (not quite sure who sang this), Bring me to life, Seven days in Sunny bay (sth like this, Jamiroquais new song), Don´t phunk with my heart and even James Blunt!!!

It reminds me of my radio in HK.

Cowcow and Cerys, I miss you bor.

Thanks everyone who are missing me and whom I am now missing =p

I am now in the library of Freiburg University in Germany. Everything is fine here and I just have my first German lesson today. It was really funny cos there are Koreans, Japanese, Palestine, Philipinos, Spanish, French, Russian, Bulgarian and me myself from HK (and there are only 14-16 ppl)!!!!They are all very nice except that we can´t really communicate stimes cos I don´t speak good German and they don´t speak good English either.

My dorm is superb! My "landlord" is on vacation for a month and she leaves everything in her room for me! Can´t imagine I am living with a Hi-fi with lots of CDs (she listens to Jazz and classical music, good taste!) and nice lamps n chairs! And there are nice neighbors too. On my left side, a cute and handsome Spanish boy lives there, and on my right side, a middle-aged, cute, short, fat "Sudanian" lives there. He always correct the mistakes I made when I am talking German like a piece of shit.

Yet the really annoying thing is that I can´t use mz phonecard here! Curse PCCW together pls!!!!

Still 23 days to go, and when I come back, I need to drink tea, eat dim sum, eat buffet, eat Cha Chan Ten (of cos Yee Hong Yuen), drink my mum´s superb soup, so on and so forth. I need your companion. Do help.
